ServiceNow Developer

You will act as a technical consultant and architect designing, developing, and deploying secure ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow platform development, administration, and the implementation of ITIL processes.
• Develop end-to-end Service Catalog solutions and complex workflows.
• Manage release and version upgrades, including instance cloning and data migration.
• Integrate disparate systems using REST, SOAP, and web services.
• Configure MID Servers, CMDB, and secure system environments.
• Troubleshoot user-reported problems and document technical procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow Domain Separation.
• Expertise in configuring ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, Knowledge Management, Release Management, Event Management, Configuration Management, and Asset Management.
• Deep development knowledge of Business Rules, Access Control Rules, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Data Policy, Client Scripts, UI Macros, Jelly, Glide Record, and Glide AJAX.
• Proficiency in integrating platforms via REST, SOAP, flat-file, and email.
• Experience with JSON, SSO, LDAP, and MID Server configuration.
• Strong command of HTML, JSTL, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSL, and XSLT.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Discovery.
• Background in SecOps and GRC modules.
