Description

You will architect, develop, and administer ServiceNow solutions, primarily using the Vancouver version. You will split your time between building client-facing solutions in ITSM and SAMPRO modules and managing system administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions within ITSM and SAMPRO modules, dedicating 60% of your time to coding and configuration.
• Architect technical designs and handle system administration tasks for the remaining 40% of your workload.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into precise technical requirements within an agile team environment.
• Design and execute comprehensive test scripts and plans to ensure solution quality.
• Lead development efforts as a key technical resource for client-facing projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading solution development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
• Hands-on ServiceNow System Administration experience.
• Proficiency with web APIs, Data Integrations/ETL, and Relational Databases.
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, VPN, SSL, and SSO.
• Experience acting as a system administrator for service management applications.
• Technical consulting experience in client-facing roles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
