Description

Develop and implement workflows, forms, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform. Manage development tasks within the Project Management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Implement and test forms, workflows, and flows.
• Perform code reviews on work completed by other developers.
• Consult on technical decisions by providing options, pros, cons, and risks during design.
• Manage development tasks within the Project Management lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of ServiceNow app development experience.
• Expert understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency with Workflow and Flow Designer.
• Experience with web services including SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, and XML.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented JavaScript.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow training and certifications.
• Experience with ITIL and Service Management.
• Knowledge of Discovery and CMDB scaling best practices.
