Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow custom applications from inception to completion.
• Build, test, and refactor workflows, scripts, and service catalogs to meet business requirements.
• Migrate data from external tools into ServiceNow and manage CMDB implementation and data normalization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts in an agile environment to gather requirements and deliver technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orlando and core modules including Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, and CMS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly Script.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, XML, JSON, and jQuery.
• Practical knowledge of Angular 1.x and Angular 2.0.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB management.
• Ability to create reporting dashboards and manage backend configurations.
• Experience with testing, configuration, change, and release management.
• Master’s degree required.
