Description

You will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and GRC modules. You will design workflows, scripts, and business rules to automate platform processes and integrate with enterprise systems via REST and SOAP APIs. Your role includes configuring MID Servers for data collection and network automation, implementing GRC solutions for risk management, and troubleshooting application issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules across ITIL processes.
• Design and implement workflows, scripts, and business rules to automate platform operations.
• Configure and manage MID Servers for data collection, monitoring, and network automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot application issues and MID Server connectivity while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in configuring and managing MID Servers.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and compliance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
