Description

You will design and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, and catalogs.
• Configure and customize Service Portal, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Integrate disparate systems using SOAP, REST APIs, and scripted Web Services.
• Manage CMDB configuration, integration, and Mid-Server setup for REST calls.
• Implement and customize client-side and server-side scripting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with 4 years in IT architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• Experience with Flow Designer and custom application development.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Admin or ServiceNow Implementation Certification.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Domain Separation.
