Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions to support program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
• Perform unit testing to ensure code meets quality standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HR, and Vulnerability Response modules.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
