You will build and configure ServiceNow instances to support a platform migration, focusing on catalog items, workflows, and system settings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Service Catalog items and associated workflows.
• Execute technical tasks to facilitate the migration to the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure system settings to meet specific operational requirements.
• Manage platform migration tasks from design through implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in ServiceNow configuration.
• Proven experience with Service Catalog implementation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex platform migrations.
