Description

You will own the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom catalog items using Flow Designer and maintain existing workflows.
• Design and develop solutions leveraging ITSM, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management Professional, Incident, and Customer Service Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party vendors using SOAP or REST web services.
• Build rapid prototypes for new projects and automate manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support deployments in an Agile Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/GLIDE, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and HTML5.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and JSON/XML integrations.
• Hands-on experience using Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Experience performing ServiceNow upgrades.
• Ability to establish coding standards to ensure consistency.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator.
• Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, or jQuery.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
