Description

You will design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specializing in the Legal Services Delivery (LSD) module.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for the Legal Services Delivery (LSD) module, including Contracts Management and PSDS.
• Build intuitive user interfaces using UI Builder to enhance the LSD module experience.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for legal services solutions.
• Configure, customize, and integrate the LSD module with other applications to optimize delivery.
• Test and validate all developed solutions for functionality, performance, and organizational compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Specialized experience with the Legal Services Delivery (LSD) module.
• Proficiency in UI Builder for interface development.
• Knowledge of Contracts Management processes.
• Experience with Professional Services Delivery Systems (PSDS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
