Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions for IT infrastructure and service management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Maintain and enhance the CMDB, ensuring CI relationships, reconciliation, and data accuracy.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Configure Service Catalog items, SLAs, and request workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Expertise in CMDB configuration, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and workflow automation.
• Experience with Service Portal and UI customization.
• Knowledge of integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
