Description

You will manage the day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and its associated applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and workflows to manage processes from customers to fulfillment teams.
• Configure and improve core and custom applications, including Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Build system integrations, process automations, and manage data between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Coordinate platform upgrades and manage ServiceNow update sets through multiple instances to production.
• Create ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and monitor platform health, usage, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
• Hands-on experience with Script Includes, UI pages, UI Macros, Formatters, and advanced scripting.
• Proven ability to implement and customize n-tiered enterprise applications.
• Experience loading, manipulating, and maintaining data across enterprise software systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring and managing Discovery and Orchestration.
