Description

You will lead the implementation and customization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions and integrated enterprise monitoring tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Configure patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring and automation tools using OOB plugins and APIs.
• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, and SLAs.
• Manage MID Servers and monitor system health, usage, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 4 to 5+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 7+ years of total experience in the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for Business Rules, UI Pages, and UI Macros.
• Technical experience with PowerShell, Perl, WMI, SSH, Python, XPath, and SNMP.
• Experience with MID Server management and 3rd party software integrations.
• Knowledge of Domain Separation and designing process/data flows within domains.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or CIS in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt, or Cloud Mgmt.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
• Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script.
