Description

You will configure, implement, and support ServiceNow ITSM applications to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations based on functional requirements.
• Configure ServiceNow ITSM modules and manage workflow engines.
• Integrate external tools with ServiceNow using Mid Server, web services, and email.
• Administer and troubleshoot deployed ServiceNow instances to identify and resolve system deficiencies.
• Create workflow and web prototypes for client engagements.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of IT experience with a focus on ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Domain Separation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and XSL stylesheets.
• Ability to read and understand XML schemas.
• Experience with Web Services, SOA, and client-server architecture.
• Practical knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) models.
• Experience using Mid Server for tool integration.
• ITILv3 Foundation certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Web programming, or a related field.
