Description

You will develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITIL modules, GRC, and system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and GRC modules.
• Design and implement workflows, scripts, and business rules to automate platform processes and enterprise system integrations.
• Configure and manage MID Servers for data collection, monitoring, and network automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot application issues, MID Server connectivity, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in configuring and managing MID Servers.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and compliance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
