Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow modules across SAM, HAM, AIOps, and SecOps workflows, translating business requirements into technical solutions within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop within the Software Asset Management (SAM) module, focusing on entitlement management and reclamation.
• Deploy and configure SaaS modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) plugins.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of AIOps modules.
• Build out Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules to support security team user stories.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow development experience.
• JavaScript and XML.
• ServiceNow APIs.
• AngularJS.
• SQL.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
• Knowledge of ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with custom ServiceNow App Development.
