Design and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and web services.
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technical delivery aligns with operational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.
• Experience implementing integrations via APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• ITIL certification and practical understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Bachelor's degree.
