Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Analyze requirements to implement effective technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on work with ServiceNow APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
