Description

Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow platform applications and SOC business process runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the ticket lifecycle, including bug fixes and enhancement requests.
• Migrate SOC business processes and requirements into ServiceNow runbooks.
• Design and implement web interfaces, layouts, and workflows using web standards.
• Perform system analysis, design, testing, and maintenance of web-based applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM or SIR management.
• 3+ years of professional JavaScript experience.
• 2+ years of experience with XML and REST API integration.
• Proficiency with AJAX, JSON, jQuery, and CSS (layouts, positioning, and pseudo-classes).
• Experience debugging with Chrome Developer Tools, Firebug, or IE Tester.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and web browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
• Familiarity with UML, flow charts, and sequence diagrams.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow and using DevOps tools.
