Description
You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules within an agile environment for Federal customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD to meet specific business requirements.
- Design technical solutions and create accompanying technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support system changes.
- Guide junior resources and lead technical or development teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align technical designs with IT strategies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience for Federal customers (or 3+ years specifically in HRSD for Federal customers).
- ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist certification.
- 5+ years of experience in technical solution design and documentation.
- 3+ years of experience working in agile teams, including pointing user stories.
- 2+ years of experience leading technical or development teams.
- Ability to obtain a Client TSA Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills
- Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
- 2+ years of experience building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST).
