Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow data models and platform components to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and CSDM standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure CSDM-compliant CMDB class models, relationships, and lifecycle states.
• Develop and maintain Foundation Data structures including Company, Location, Cost Center, Users, and Groups.
• Create data flows, integrations, and scripts to manage governed data.
• Perform hands-on configuration of tables, forms, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Develop automated jobs for data quality checks and CMDB health monitoring.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, CSDM, and Foundation Data management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and data lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and IntegrationHub.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
