Description

You will build and maintain custom code and automated workflows within the ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom code for all ServiceNow modules.
• Build automated process workflows by analyzing user requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP.
• Build ServiceNow modules to support SLA and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with process managers and administrators to implement and support modules.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Scoped applications.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow customization using UI Pages, UI Macros, Jelly Scripting, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in web development including HTML/XHTML, CSS, jQuery, and AngularJS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes including CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change.
• Experience with system design for web service or message-based applications.
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies.
• Ability to work across multiple functional teams to create application development and support processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
