Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions to support business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and manage ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Solve technical problems and address platform requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with HRSD.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with ITBM.
• Must be a resident of Washington DC or Virginia.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington DC or Virginia.

• Any Graduate degree.
