Description

You will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITAM, CMDB, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write advanced scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes for asset data.
• Manage asset lifecycle and configuration management using ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and handle data transformation/ETL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in XML and APIs.
• Experience implementing ETL processes within ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
