Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and Security Incident Response modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jelly.
• Implement and integrate REST and SOAP web services.
• Manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification required.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with HTTP, Jelly, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with IRM/GRC architecture, specifically CAM and Risk Workspaces.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
