You will develop and maintain complex technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scoped and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement ServiceNow process flows and workflows.
• Build integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Manage data imports and exports using transform maps and XML.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct ServiceNow development experience, including scoped/custom application development.
• 5+ years of experience with custom inbound and outbound REST and SOAP integrations.
• 5+ years configuring UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, and Roles/Groups.
• 5+ years designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflows.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Experience App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
• 3+ years of experience with data loads, transform maps, and XML.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
• ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) Micro-certification.
