Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide guidance to team members on development best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules and processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, XML, and web services.
• Working knowledge of custom widgets and front-end development in ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Angular.JS and JSON.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
