Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM and ITOM processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CMDB structures.
• Integrate ServiceNow with existing IT systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Gather technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems within the platform.
• Develop web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB implementation.
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with diverse IT systems.
• Strong technical analysis and decision-making capabilities.
