Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including CAM/IRM applications, workflows, and UI components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ServiceNow applications, forms, flows, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, and ACLs.
• Translate requirements, user stories, and mock-ups into functional features in collaboration with the team lead.
• Manage configuration and data movement between environments using update sets and XML.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and document process workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for server and client-side scripting.
• Experience with .NET, SQL, and C++.
• Ability to participate in discovery sessions and process definition.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
