Description

Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business process requirements. Own the full development lifecycle including custom JavaScript coding, report development, data migration, and third-party integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, reports, and data migration scripts.
• Implement custom JavaScript logic and integrate with third-party systems via APIs.
• Execute unit testing, resolve defects, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Produce technical design documentation and manage migration of changes to production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or ServiceNow implementation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript coding and development within ServiceNow environments.
• Experience developing and implementing ServiceNow APIs or similar REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or custom application development modules.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
