Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design sessions and produce solution documentation for ServiceNow applications.
  • Configure and enhance core and custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Manage platform upgrades, including impact assessments and remediation planning.
  • Build Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Notifications, APIs, and ACLs.
  • Design data import/export integrations and create operational dashboards and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI solutions, and platform improvements.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
  • Proficiency in creating Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
  • Experience managing platform upgrades and production issue resolution.
  • Ability to design and implement data integrations via APIs.
  • Knowledge of release management and source control best practices.
  • Experience gathering requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide mentorship to support teams.
