You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design sessions and produce solution documentation for ServiceNow applications.
- Configure and enhance core and custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Manage platform upgrades, including impact assessments and remediation planning.
- Build Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Notifications, APIs, and ACLs.
- Design data import/export integrations and create operational dashboards and reports.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI solutions, and platform improvements.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
- Proficiency in creating Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
- Experience managing platform upgrades and production issue resolution.
- Ability to design and implement data integrations via APIs.
- Knowledge of release management and source control best practices.
- Experience gathering requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Ability to provide mentorship to support teams.
