Description

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to production code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms on the ServiceNow platform.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring strict alignment with design constraints.
• Analyze diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous system improvement.
• Debug platform issues and implement proactive monitoring to ensure system stability.
• Clarify technical requirements with stakeholders and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow platform certification and formal training on platform concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations using REST API.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns in data.
• Ability to drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.
