Description

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions on the ServiceNow platform, producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.

Responsibilities

• Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
• Analyze and visualize large data sets to drive continuous improvement in system architecture and coding hygiene.
• Debug platform issues and implement proactive monitoring to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Formal training or certification in ServiceNow platform concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Experience implementing system integrations using REST API.
• Ability to work with Amdocs CRM and manage business requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Any Graduate degree.
