Description

You will design, develop, and implement intelligent workflows and AI-driven automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure UI elements and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Translate Jira tickets into functional ServiceNow configurations, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Implement solutions using ServiceNow's low-code/no-code environment for PI and REI development.
• Integrate AI concepts into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 3 to 8+ years of total experience with ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience building UI and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Jira for requirements interpretation.
• Experience working within Program Increment (PI) and Release Engineering and Implementation (REI) lifecycles.
• Ability to leverage or critically evaluate AI integration into business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI concepts into business workflows.
