Description

You will develop and integrate ServiceNow with AWS and Azure cloud environments. You will own the customization of core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Requests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize core ServiceNow modules using workflows, client-side scripting, ACLs, and business rules.
• Configure backend integrations with Turbot, CMDB, and AWS via APIs.
• Optimize CMDB and manage onboarding of business applications across on-prem, AWS, and Azure.
• Design and build forms for Office 365, SharePoint, and MPP.
• Integrate ServiceNow with AWS services (EC2, EFS) and support testing in GxP environments.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and 1-2 years in Administration.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2-3 years of JavaScript development and debugging.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functions, including frontend and backend operations.
• Experience with AWS, SQL, and ServiceNow integration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Foundations and ITSM processes.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to design and debug business workflows.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
