Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. You will build AIOps solutions to automate incident response and configure the Event Management Pipeline for optimized event correlation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AIOps solutions within ServiceNow to automate incident response and enhance IT operations.
• Configure and optimize the Event Management Pipeline to improve event correlation and incident management.
• Integrate BigPanda with ServiceNow to expand event management and monitoring capabilities.
• Manage ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user management, access control, and system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with AIOps, ITSM, and Event Management Pipeline.
• Proven experience integrating BigPanda with ServiceNow.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
