Description

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions integrated with Salesforce CPQ functionalities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, and Release Management.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts to automate processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce CPQ using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Salesforce CPQ configuration and integration.
• SOQL query proficiency.
• .Net development experience.
• Experience with API and web service integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Any Graduate degree.
