You will design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions and enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, catalogs, and CMDB integrations.
• Define technical requirements and make architectural decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive DevOps practices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Mentor development teams on clean code, design patterns, and secure coding practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (Workflows, Catalogs, IntegrationHub, CMDB).
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, including Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with software design, architecture, and leading development teams.
• Knowledge of architectural models such as domain-driven design and microservices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
