Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow modules focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow BCM workflows.
• Manage and optimize ITSM and GRC module functionality.
• Support the integration of business continuity processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain system integrity across ITSM and GRC applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow GRC.
• Practical knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) within ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
