Description

You will design and develop ServiceNow applications with a specific focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), owning end-to-end module delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow modules, specializing in IRM workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP web services.
• Perform testing, debugging, performance tuning, and maintain documentation for all developed solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance to team members and end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IRM.
• Direct experience with IRM applications: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar relevant certifications.
