Description

You will design and develop large-scale enhancements and cross-system integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze functional designs to provide technical feedback.
• Participate in architectural reviews and propose new platform options.
• Design and develop complex projects and cross-system enhancements.
• Build custom applications and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise suite applications.
• Implement script-based components and custom service portals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer.
• 2+ years of experience specializing in Service Portal design.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD.
• Hands-on experience with employee onboarding processes.
• Strong expertise in building custom service portals and script-based components.
• Proven ability to create custom ServiceNow applications.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience with enterprise suite application integrations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications in System Administration, Scripting, or Application Development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration or Customer Service Management.
