Description

You will configure and automate governance, risk, and compliance processes within the ServiceNow platform. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow IRM/GRC data model, including Authority Documents, Controls, Risk Frameworks, Assessments, and Profiles.
• Build and manage control libraries and configure risk methodologies.
• Automate monitoring processes using indicators and manage issue workflows.
• Develop role-based dashboards aligned with CMDB and CSDM standards.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and control libraries.
• Ability to design and implement automated monitoring indicators.
• Experience with workflow management and dashboard development.

Preferred Skills

• B. Tech in Computer Science or related field.
