Lead ServiceNow implementation projects for the Cyber Defence Team, focusing on Security Incident Response (SIR) and SecOps capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects specifically for the Cyber Defence domain.
• Develop proof of concept solutions on the ServiceNow platform for internal and go-to-market use.
• Drive continuous development of Security Monitoring and Analytics automation strategies.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow SecOps and SIR mobile capabilities.
• Manage CMDB implementation and integration with SIEM and Threat Intelligence Platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development or IT operations.
• 5-8 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow SecOps and Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Hands-on experience with SIR mobile configuration and management.
• Proven experience with CMDB implementation and governance.
• Working knowledge of SIEM and Threat Intelligence Platforms.
• Understanding of Malware Analysis and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
