Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Service Exchange and ITSM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, Service Catalog items, and workflows.
• Configure Service Exchange services, including service onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Support CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Mapping initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in Service Exchange and service onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations.
• Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and CMDB.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow deployments.
