Description

Implement and manage ServiceNow Integration Risk Management modules while ensuring system integrity through rigorous automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy Compliance, Audit Management, Risk Management, and Compliance Case Management.
• Develop and execute automated tests using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Apply functional understanding of IRM workflows to meet business requirements.
• Maintain system integrity through rigorous automation testing processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow IRM modules.
• 5+ years of experience with Automation Testing using ServiceNow ATF.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Functional expertise in Policy Compliance, Audit Management, Risk Management, and Compliance Case Management.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
