You will lead the implementation of CAM/IRM solution designs using industry best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including applications, forms, flows, workflows, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, and UI Builder.
Translate requirements, stories, and mock-ups into functional features by working closely with the team lead.
Develop JavaScript server and client-side code to support client processes.
Manage configuration and data movement between environments using update sets and XMLs within agile methodologies.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex software problems to implement bug fixes.
Lead requirements gathering efforts and document process workflows.
Required Skills
7+ years of direct ServiceNow development experience (UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts/UI Policies, Email Scripts, Roles/Groups).
5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow CAM/IRM (Continuous Authorization and Monitoring / Integrated Risk Management) modules.
5+ years of experience with data loads, transform maps, and transform scripts.
Deep understanding of NIST Risk Management Framework and Risk/Audit processes in ServiceNow.
