Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Build automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Implement platform integrations using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Manage data security and access through ACLs and platform scripting.
• Maintain the ServiceNow data schema to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 3–6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (mandatory).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and JDBC integration methods.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data schema and ACLs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with FedRAMP, HIPAA, or state-specific compliance.
• Background working with government or state agencies.
