Description

Manage core ServiceNow system configuration, handle day-to-day user requests, and own the release pipeline for custom applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Develop and support custom applications using the ServiceNow app engine and execute hands-on configuration within Service Portal.
• Draft and document technical and business-facing test plans for system changes.
• Maintain ITIL processes, operations, and procedures to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer or ServiceNow Application Owner.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification (Mandatory).
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
• Hands-on experience with SAMP, IRM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and operations.
• Ability to work with any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting, Flow Designer, Workspaces, or UI Designer.
• ITIL Certification.
