Description

You will own ServiceNow development and platform execution, with a workload split of 80% development and 20% reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions within the core ITSM suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB modules.
• Develop and modify applications using ServiceNow APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SailPoint using SailPoint APIs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical team members to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support planned activities or issue resolution during after-hours, weekends, or holidays as required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience.
• Strong ServiceNow Admin background.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow APIs for application creation and modification.
• Direct experience writing SailPoint APIs with ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry background.
