Description

You will manage daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of an enterprise ServiceNow platform. You ensure 99.9% availability, execute seamless version upgrades, and handle the "run" side of the house while contributing to ongoing development sprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring to verify integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and key processes like MID Servers, Import Sets, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades and patch cycles, including impact analyses, clone-back procedures, and post-upgrade validation.
• Manage user access, group memberships, roles, and the health of the CMDB. Oversee Service Catalog items, workflows, variables, and fulfillment tasks.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
• Create and maintain complex reports and Performance Analytics dashboards for real-time visibility into service metrics.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM or ITSM frameworks.
• Proven track record leading at least two major ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with FedRAMP security standards and government compliance protocols.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Micro-Certifications in Upgrade Management.
